The Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) is a program to share development lessons accumulated over time in Korea and share them with partner countries to assist in their socio-economic development. This year VTW was selected as the project implementation team to work with the Korea Eximbank to deliver a roadmap for the deployment of a Minwon24 (an online civil services system) in Paraguay. On the 2nd of July 2018, the project was officially launched through a kickoff meeting hosted by SENATICS (the national secretariat for ICT in Paraguay) and attended by Minister David Ocampos. Throughout the five-month project, TG will provide technical support in establishing a roadmap to improve public services through the introduction of Minwon24 and in developing strategies to finance the actual project. The project will end in December 2018, before which delegates from Paraguay’s SENATICS will travel to Seoul for a capacity building program.
